Not a patient of this surgery. But sent for eyeball photography. Looks like a school both externally and internally. Receptionist polite and helpful. Sarah the nurse was welcoming, informative, jovial and helpful. I even got to see the photos of my eyeballs ; weirdly cool. In close proximity to Longton Town centre, The Ghlost House, The Crown, St John's Cemetery and Longton Station.

words can not express how frustrated i am with this stupid, pathetic, dumb, ignorant, rude and a total shambles of a so called health centre. by all meas if you wish to be seen once you or the person in question has passed, then please ignore this review and proceed to an appointment. :) (i would give zero starts but unfortunately it will not allow this)

One of the worst doctor surgery in stoke-on-trent, if you want to die then feel free to go to this surgery. No appointments available anytime, phones are on purposely kept busy by the receptionists, they have no sympathy or care for the people apart from getting their wages. The surgery is always empty but they say they are busy as all appointments are taken? What a joke. I have changed my doctors to a private one which is a lot better and I get the care and treatment I need. All the receptionists that work at this surgery should be sacked! Terrible and disgusting.

Worst Drs ever, you can never see a doctor and need a blood test as I've lost loads of weight recently with out any reaaon doing so and feel like they dont care and just keep fobbing you off, worser then council.
