Absolutely shocking if I could give no stars I would. I registered myself and my daughter 7 months ago online to then be told that I'm not registered. So I then filled out the forms registered and I had my first appointment, so did my daughter for her immunization. She could have the immunization as she was unwell so I had to ring up to reschedule. When I rang they told me my daughter wasn't registered! So I had to register her again over the phone. I then rang up a few days ago to get more medication to thwn be told I'm not registered!!!!!!! Is this a joke or what! What jokers do you have working there ? Where are my medical records now ? Lost ? I have now got to ring my old doctors to see what the hell is going on as the person I spoke to on the phone obviously wasn't skilled enough to answer my questions! Avoid this place at all costs. I now have no doctors or medication.

Waste of time, private owners and obviously just book appointments to get money from the NHS. Reoccurring knee inflammation and just need naproxen for a few days to help. Refused and told to take paracetamol, like I haven't been doing that. Appointments are always late, regardless of the time of day.
