On many occasions in the last few YEARS I have attempted to call. Nobody will answer. Upon arriving in person I find there are more than enough staff to deal with this but they are talking and looking on their computers. Rude and poorly run for no good reason. Why should I have to come down to make myself heard! Even making others take me when I was unable to travel independently. The impact of their incompetent laziness is unacceptable

Phone system is extremely terrible. I did the e-consult and had message to phone the surgery. Finally got through after long wait but then line cut off. I phoned again, finally got through and was answered and then cut off straight away again. Went in phone queue again and after waiting about 45 mins, the phone just cut off without being answered. This is a dreadful system. I am trying to do this while at work. Would be much better if doctors or reception staff could communicate with us by email. E-consult was quite tricky to set up and I am very concerned that a lot of less tech savvy people will be not be able to do it. Are they trying to drive people to go privately? 12.20pm same day update: I am now back on the phone, 25mins so far in call queue and no answer. Listening to the waiting music is very annoying. This is unbelievable. How are we supposed to make appointments?

Excellent service provider! Quickly seen and issue swiftly sorted out. Lovely helpful receptionist! Were 5 stars when we signed up 19 years ago. Glad to be receiving 5 star service again after a dip to about 3 stars 2 years ago!

Phoned them about an on going sinus infection/sinusitis. Was on hold for over an hour got told a doctor would get to be before half 12, but last time they said this no one phoned back and then the receptionist laughed when I bought it up the next time I phoned. I Requested a sick note after self certificating for a week, and got told that the doctor hadn’t even looked at it even though I had been told different 3 other times pervious to this. Since the two surgery’s have merged it is beyond a joke.

The doctors and nurses are lovely and helpful when you can eventually make an appt to see one. I had 2 phones ringing one for each surgery this morning at 9.45.. No one answered so after 20 mins of waiting I hung up... Nightmare to try and contact.. I messaged them via the website to call me... See if that actually happens...
