My mother has large bunions so we purchased the new Propet Bianca shoes. They have a stretch top which accommodates her bunions perfectly. The first day she wore them we went for a long walk – no sore feet and no blisters! We purchased a second pair of the Propet Bianca shoes so that one pair are for indoor use and one for outdoor use. We also purchased the men’s Propet Cronus shoes for my father who has dementia and does a lot of walking. Again, no sore feet and the nurses find it much easier to put shoes on his feet. And lastly, the customer service with Comfort Clinic and Propet was fabulous. High recommend!

My son had been complaining about his heels being very sore if he was playing at recess or walking for a long time. I went by the comfort clinic and spoke to Alla who was very helpful. She told me it sounded like Plantar Facsiitis and she booked us to see the doctor that she has that comes in. In the meantime she gave us some compression socks for him to wear to help ease his pain- free of charge and have us some ideas to help relieve his pain. We saw her doctor and what a difference it has made for my son! We had a great experience! I've recommended her to many people! Thanks again Alla!!

Service was very good, the doctor is chiropodist, which is great, no need to go back to your family doctor for prescription for insurance coverage, the inserts relived the pain in my feet in few days, good quality.

I recently had a breast reduction and my surgeon recommended BodyMed, but since I live in Oakville I decided to go to Comfort Clinic instead. The woman measured me and ordered me a bra. I was disappointed they didn't carry the bras in store, but it did arrive the next day. When I picked it up I tried it on when I got home and it seemed far too small, which put some stress on me leading up to the surgery, but since I was going to be much smaller after, I waited. I was told to wear the compression bra 48 hours after surgery, once the bandages are removed. Well the compression bra would NOT fit at all. I called the clinic today and a man told me there was nothing they could do, and that I could not even exchange it... even though I was assured that the experts would know what size to order me, they clearly did not. So I called BodyMed in Burlington, which my surgeon had originally recommended. They immediately put me at ease and told me to come in right away. They took one look at the bra supplied by Comfort Clinic and said those types are useful for mastectomies, NOT breast reductions, and the lady at Comfort Clinic must have sized me based on a regular bra chart not a compression bra chart, as the sizing was completely wrong as well. Even she was mad at what Comfort Clinic had done. She sized me properly and treated me impeccably well. I now have the proper type and size of compression bra that I need, but am still out 100 and stuck with Comfort clinic's bra. I am very disappointed with how it all went, but highly recommend BodyMed in Burlington which my surgeon recommended, they had wonderful service, sized me well, knew what they were doing AND had the bra right there onnsite - no waiting. I learned my lesson and I hope my review will save others from what I had to go through.
