A wonderful surgery - they have taken great care of me and my family for 8 years now. They are efficient, responsive and Dr Abbas is truly exceptional. Very caring. And I think their systems and processes have adjusted to Covid really well, and I hope many of their new processes will remain after Covid as much more convenient.

This is the most fantastic surgery, they have taken such good care of my family and I forever. Honestly I cannot thank them enough or describe my appreciation for every nurse, doctor, receptionist everyone! Really wonderful people dedicated to helping all their patients. If there was a way to give 0 stars to this practice, I would. They seem to have no duty of care to their patients and the practice is run by some truly incompetent people. They claim to have internal policies that frankly no other practices that I have come across have, turning patients away and not caring the slightest for the consequences. This is not a way to run an NHS service and hopefully there will be some consequences that are taken against the practice. The practice manager seems to take pride in facilitating the suffering of people and turning a blind eye to what the practice was set up to do in the first place.

Have lived in many different parts of london over the last 25 years and this surgery takes first place for greatest inefficiency, lack of common sense and general ineptitude with ease. No mean feat - congrats. Covid-19 must have come as a boon for this surgery as it tries to use that as a shield against its pre-existing failures. Patients deserve much much better.
