I would give ZERO to this GP if it was possible. I had so many different issues with them. Starting from their rudness continue with their incompetence. There are only one or two people who are kind and professional in the surgery. Not acceptable. I have great respect for NHS workers and for all their commitment in this moment but this surgery clearly doesn't represent a good NHS practice.

I would actually give this GP a zero star if it was possible. Where shall we begin. Practice: You are lucky, if you could get a booking at all at this practice. Its funny how you have to call at 8:30 or something in the morning on the day to get a booking! Ridiculous. The receptionists: The couple of older white females, right down rude, well if you are not white and/or have an accent. Someone please tell these half wits that they are in public service! Nurses: Rude to put it politely. They are basically there to earn their 9-5. Nurse Alice, wouldn't see me when I got there for my appointment that I had made a week prior, as she was doing some online course? Told me to come back couple of hrs later. I mean seriously? I mean what do these people think? We don't have other priorities and other places to be? Doctors: I have met Dr. Mostafa once. He seemed genuine, compassionate, but couldn't say the same about the other doctors here.

Nurse is rude and unprofessional. never met the doctor in years of being there. Was advised to take 2x of medications together and luckily I got a second opinion as it turns out you should never take these tablets together.

The worst GP practice I ever dealt with. Receptionists are extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I don't feel like that I'm being valued or looked after when I'm there. My son had a terrible eye infection and the doctors would not see him. They prescribed him antibiotics which would not work and they wouldn't listen that his eye was getting worse. In the end I had to take him to the ER. Avoid them if you can!
