Easy entrance with temperature check prior to going upstairs for dentist. Straight in the dentist room and easy to arrange another visit

Just rang and waited about a minute for answer. Spoke with lovely helpful receptionist. Think she was called Keron or Karen. She explained no telephone consultations today but offered one that was available and convenient for me.. Many thanks

Sick of this place. Was told by a receptionist my son's condition wasnt urgent and was given a telephone appointment for a week later.... waited a week and they didnt even bother ringing.

I am speaking on behalf of my wife who is being intentionally being delayed any form of help by a certain doctor at Marfleet. We ended up initially seeing someone privately to get a scan to help things along is was that bad and raised pals because of her treatment. This doctor won't accept their recommendation until they've spoken with my wife. That's all they are is talk. My wife is beside herself. She's in constant pain. The original diagnosis was wrong and all it is talk and no action. 9 weeks now and a load of pills. How can anyone ignore what a consultant has recommended as well as pals. This is NOT ROUTINE.
