Good value and quality products and service
This was a truly excellent company to deal with. From visiting the showroom to having our Rock Door installed all the staff we met and the service we received were efficient, well-informed, helpful and courteous. It was clear that staff took a pride in their job and, as a result, we are delighted with our door. This is much admired by friends and family and is a great quality product. We have no reservations about recommending this company.
Booked an appointment, and they never showed. They tried to say they called me but I never got a call, and no one ever showed up at my door. Called the office and all I got was, “were trying to get through to him”. Already happened before, and still no answer.
