Terrible attendance! without empathy and any kindness, coarse attendants and without patience, puts obstacle and difficulty in all requests, inefficient and in-person phone service practically nonexistent !! lousy service is certainly a compliment to them.

Have been a patient there since 2002 all was well but I was in a car crush this year and I've failed to make an appointment since the 18 of Jan! The appointment system they had last year sucked but this year it's simply none existent! I'm currently looking for a new surgery for I value my health care! It's unfortunate that this is the way things have become there, the stuff are still nice if you can get an appointment.

It's known that local surgeries are having big problems. People don't want to become GPs, GPs change jobs or retire early as they can't cope and its obvious that some of these problems have filtered through to the Grove Road surgery. However, I find the staff here, though obviously stretched, always very friendly and efficient. Thank you
