The nurses and doctors at this GP surgery are able to provide the highest level of care. I have been treated with compassion, care and dignity by a nurse that I have visited. Thank you to all the staff for be so respectful. I definitely recommend this GP surgery if anybody is considering on changing their old GP surgery.

It took 4 Dr's visits to finally diagnosed me with hyperthyroidism. I keep telling the Dr's I was losing weight rapidly, getting emotional, stress even at some points I felt like I should stay at home instead and die. OK now I am on medication and do regular blood tests but when I call and speak to the Dr's about my blood tests results some of them tell me they are in normal range and then some of them tell me I should be worry because its bad. I am getting confused all the times and lost a trust on the Dr's unfortunately. However the Receptionist are now doing well.
I have been calling them since morning you get the options which ever option you choose the just keeps cutting off. Staff at the surgery are no better either very unhelpful.
The clinic reception service is very poor. Whenever I call the I have to wait 15 - 30 minutes to speak to a member of staff. This morning I was waiting 27 minutes, I was told that there were 3 other people in the queue before me. It should not take this long especially since they are just making appointments. I only needed to speak to staff for 2 minutes. The receptionist staff are also extremely rude and speak in a very disrespectful manner. I asked to speak to a doctor and they did not even let me speak to a doctor they sent me to a nurse. This is why your reviews have only 2 stars. I plead to the clinic management that they look over these receptionist and see how rudely they are treating patients who speak to them. They are very rude and are causing patients to leave this medical centre.
Had to have clips removed after surgery. For a month wound was in pain in one area. Turns iut nurse left one in me. Called to get help. After 20 mins on hold offered no help even though it was a priblem caused by their own unprofessional practises. Would not take my dog here. Bunch of cowboys Who trained the receptionist on shift at 1245pm on 28/8/20? Harold Shipman? Beyond rude. If your social skills are so poor why choose a career were you deal with people?? I dont know her name but she represents receptionists in the same way Beverley Allit represents nurses. This place brings shame yo the NHS.
